Soft-spoken but full of wit and warmth, Maddie’s funny, lively personality always shines through once you get to know her. She is, without question, the heart and soul of the company—irreplaceable, unforgettable, and endlessly loved by everyone who has the privilege of working with her.

Janessa Couturier - Supervisor

What started as a simple Tuesday morning cleaning shift quickly became something much more—Janessa and Cali met while working for someone else, but it didn’t take long before they formed a genuine bond built on laughter, hard work, and mutual respect. Janessa has a way of making Cali laugh so hard she cries, and her energy brings joy to every space she enters. But beyond the jokes and good times lies a woman with an unshakable work ethic, a heart full of kindness, and a deep commitment to excellence. Janessa gives 100% to everything she does, never cutting corners and always showing up with compassion—for clients, animals, and her fellow teammates. She’s become not only a valued team member, but also a true friend, and someone Cali is endlessly grateful to have by her side on this journey.

Christopher Baratta

Chris brings a strong, hands-on work ethic to our commercial cleaning team, backed by his background in auto mechanics and experience working for his father’s construction company. He’s no stranger to hard work and isn’t afraid to wear many hats to get the job done right. Deeply committed to his family—and his loyal dog, Shadowfax—Chris approaches every job with reliability, versatility, and a practical attention to detail that our clients can count on.

Lina Simmons

Lina is a dedicated team member who brings both heart and precision to everything she does. A proud mother and wife, her strong family values and integrity shape the way she approaches her work and relationships. Originally from Germany and now happily calling Canada home, Lina blends discipline with warmth in a way that makes her a natural fit with both clients and colleagues.

Calvin Ardiel

Calvin embraces his Native American background and is fascinated with History & Culture. He has had the opportunity to travel to both France and Spain.

With 8 years of experience in boxing and jiu-jitsu, Calvin has a strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail that really show in his cleaning. Outside of work, Calvin is passionate about music and plays the trombone, and he also enjoys coding and creating his own games. On top of that, he has a natural talent for auto mechanics. Calvin is not only incredibly reliable and thorough in his work, but he also gets along effortlessly with both his coworkers and clients. We’re genuinely thrilled to have him as part of our team!

Chloe Biancardi

Coming from a traditional Italian family, Chloe values hard work, respect, and strong family principles. She is currently studying botany at university and has a genuine love for nature, often spending her time on long walks outdoors or exploring new places and cultures.

Highly intelligent and soft-spoken, Chloe enjoys being part of a positive, friendly team and is quickly thriving in one of her first professional roles.
