Before launching 3 Sisters & Their Swiffers, Cali led a uniquely dynamic career path—first as a licensed private investigator, then as a professional voice-over artist. With a sharp eye for detail and a voice for storytelling, she eventually found herself navigating a new challenge: working through university while studying mathematics.
To help pay tuition, Cali took on commercial cleaning work, where she quickly gained hands-on experience and built close bonds with two co-workers she fondly called her “little sisters.” Tired of clocking in for someone else, she was inspired to build something of her own—and 3 Sisters & Their Swiffers was born.
Robroy Alan Neal - COO
As Chief Operating Officer of 3 Sisters & Their Swiffers, and Cali’s brother, Rob brings a powerful combination of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and compassionate leadership. His background in circuit board technology from Power Management and his time as a personal assistant sharpened his skills in organization, logistics, and people-focused solutions—tools he now uses to keep operations running efficiently and human-centered.
Rob is also a computer expert with a creative edge, handling much of the company’s behind-the-scenes work with precision and care. Beyond the business, he’s a committed Esquire of the Knights of Columbus, dedicating time to food bank programs, community dinners, and other charitable initiatives.
His generosity extends internationally, providing ongoing support to families in India through his churches Save A Family Plan, helping them access vital resources. Rob’s integrity, dedication, and servant-hearted leadership make him the backbone of our operations and a true reflection of the values 3 Sisters & Their Swiffers is built on.
Christopher Baratta -Regional Manager
With a career rooted in security, technology, and team leadership, Christopher Baratta brings a results-driven and relationship-focused approach to his role as Regional Manager at 3 Sisters & Their Swiffers. His journey began in security and surveillance, selling ADT systems for a top investigations firm. He quickly advanced, leading seminars on surveillance tech, hosting national trade shows, and recruiting top talent—earning a reputation for his leadership and ability to connect people.
Now an integral part of the leadership team, Christopher drives company growth through acquisition efforts, new recruit training, and management of multiple commercial sites. He also handles scheduling, supply coordination, and serves as the primary liaison between clients and company leadership, ensuring smooth communication and consistently exceptional service.
To CEO Cali, Christopher is far more than a trusted manager—he’s a cornerstone of daily operations, known for his integrity, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to the people and businesses 3 Sisters & Their Swiffers proudly serves.

Madisynne Pallant
From day one, Maddie has been by Cali’s side—not just as a co-worker, but as a kindred spirit. The two share the same deep-rooted values: integrity, compassion, and a belief that even the smallest act of care can change someone’s day. A quiet force of nature, Maddie is the most talented cleaner Cali has ever met, with an attention to detail that transforms every space she touches. But it’s her gentle heart that leaves the biggest impression—especially on our elderly clients, who often say that Maddie doesn’t just clean their homes, she brightens their lives. Soft-spoken but full of wit and warmth, Maddie’s funny, lively personality always shines through once you get to know her. She is, without question, the heart and soul of the company—irreplaceable, unforgettable, and endlessly loved by everyone who has the privilege of working with her.
What started as a simple Tuesday morning cleaning shift quickly became something much more—Janessa and Cali met while working for someone else, but it didn’t take long before they formed a genuine bond built on laughter, hard work, and mutual respect. Janessa has a way of making Cali laugh so hard she cries, and her energy brings joy to every space she enters. But beyond the jokes and good times lies a woman with an unshakable work ethic, a heart full of kindness, and a deep commitment to excellence. Janessa gives 100% to everything she does, never cutting corners and always showing up with compassion—for clients, animals, and her fellow teammates. She’s become not only a valued team member, but also a true friend, and someone Cali is endlessly grateful to have by her side on this journey.
