Additional Considerations:
Ranges depend on size and condition, as well as additional cleaning requests that fall outside of the normal maintenance Level 1 duties.
Exceptionally large homes that require additional cleaners or more time may exceed the following prices.
Apartment rates are typically slightly less if in good condition.
🧽 Level 2. Initial Deep Cleans & Move-In/Outs
Every new recurring service begins with a detailed Initial Deep Clean. Because every home is unique, we charge a flat hourly rate for this first visit to ensure we can focus on buildup, baseboards, and deep detailing.
Rate:$45.00 per hour, per worker ( 2 - 3 workers depending the size of the home)
Average Time: 3 to 6 total labor hours

Deep Clean Additions (First Visit)
Detail cleaning of baseboards, door frames, and light switches.
Deep scrubbing of tile grout and bathroom limescale.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring all our own professional-grade supplies, microfibers, and vacuums. If you have a specialty surface cleaner you prefer we use, just let us know!
Is HST included in these rates?
No, standard Ontario HST (13%) will be calculated and added to your final invoice.

Each commercial client receives a customized service agreement tailored to the unique needs of their space. Pricing and scope of work take into account factors such as foot traffic, overall condition, square footage, specialized surfaces or equipment, and other site-specific considerations. This ensures that every contract is fair, practical, and reflects the level of service required to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Flat rate ranges are based on the level of soiling, pile level, carpet type, and square footage.
NOTE: we do not do dry cleaning for wool fibers, or Persian fibers. Our carpet dept. does not apply water or shampoo to special carpets or rugs. We strongly advise clients seek experts in specialty high-end carpets for such services.
Hard Floor Cleaning

💡 Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between this and regular mopping?
Standard mopping often just pushes dirt around and leaves a film behind. Our floor scrubbing machine uses counter-rotating brushes and a high-powered vacuum system to inject fresh cleaning solution, loosen deeply embedded dirt, and instantly suck up the dirty water.
Do I need to move my furniture?
We ask that you clear small items, chairs, and toys from the floor before we arrive. We will safely scrub all exposed flooring and walk-ways. We do not move large, heavy furniture like couches or china cabinets for this add-on service.
How long does it take to dry?
Because our machine instantly extracts 90% of the water as we scrub, your floors will be completely dry and ready to walk on within 30 minutes after we finish.

Tile scrubbing $0.30–$0.75/sq ft
