RESIDENTIAL

Note on Pricing:
Every home is unique, and no two spaces are exactly alike. Quotes are not fixed or “one-size-fits-all” — final pricing is determined based on the condition of the home, its layout, and square footage.

Your personalized quote will reflect the specific needs of your home to ensure a thorough, high-quality cleaning.

Level 1 - Maintenance or regular cleaning service:

• Cleaning and sanitizing all bathrooms

• Kitchen cleaning and disinfection

• Vacuuming and mopping floors

• Dusting surfaces, vents, and furniture

• Wiping doors, handles, and high-touch areas

• Tidying and organizing common areas

• Trash removal and liner replacement

Additional tasks, deep cleans, or specialty services are available upon request and will be quoted separately.

Level 2 - Deep Clean Services will be assessed separately and will vary from home to home.

COMMERCIAL

Each commercial client receives a customized service agreement tailored to the unique needs of their space. Pricing and scope of work take into account factors such as foot traffic, overall condition, square footage, specialized surfaces or equipment, and other site-specific considerations. This ensures that every contract is fair, practical, and reflects the level of service required to maintain a clean and safe environment.
