STANDARD RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Note on Pricing:
Every home is unique, and no two spaces are exactly alike. Quotes are not fixed or “one-size-fits-all”. We do not generally charge by the hour like most cleaning companies — final pricing is determined based on the condition of the home, its layout, and square footage. We prefer a flat rate. For example: we use some specialized equipment which allows our cleaners to perform tasks in less time, while still giving the client a superior quality of clean. In addition, some cleans will have an additional cleaner, which also allows us to perform tasks more efficiently. Our clients like the Flat Rate system, because they know that on occasion we will do those little extras, or stay a bit longer than we normally would and they don’t need to worry about their bill fluctuating.

Deep Cleans may be requested or needed the first time. We have a high standard. We like to bring a home up to our standard of clean before continuing on a regular basis. Deep cleans may be charged hourly or flat rate depending on the client’s needs or expectations.

Your personalized quote will reflect the specific needs of your home to ensure a thorough, high-quality cleaning.

NOTE: we will not do a half decent job even if requested. If you say to us, “Just do what you can for this amount or time”, I would tell you that we are not the right company for you. It is not in our nature to do something halfway, or to simply do an adequate job.

Level 1 - Maintenance or regular cleaning service:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing all bathrooms

  • Kitchen cleaning and disinfection

  • Vacuuming and mopping floors

  • Dusting surfaces, vents, and furniture

  • Wiping doors, handles, and high-touch areas

  • Tidying and organizing common areas

  • Trash removal and liner replacement

Additional tasks, deep cleans, or specialty services are available upon request and will be quoted separately.

Level 2 - Deep Clean Services will be assessed separately and will vary from home to home.

RESIDENTIAL CARPET CLEANING

Large room $50–$70

Hallway $20–$30

Stairs $2–$3 each

Area rug $40–$100

Flat rate ranges are based on the level of soiling, pile level, carpet type, and square footage.

NOTE: we do not do dry cleaning for wool fibers, or Persian fibers. Our carpet dept. does not apply water or shampoo to special carpets or rugs. We strongly advise clients seek experts in specialty high-end carpets for such services.

COMMERCIAL CARPET/FLOORING

Commercial carpet $0.12–$0.20/sq ft

Tile scrubbing $0.30–$0.75/sq ft

STANDARD COMMERCIAL CLEANING AGREEMENTS

Each commercial client receives a customized service agreement tailored to the unique needs of their space. Pricing and scope of work take into account factors such as foot traffic, overall condition, square footage, specialized surfaces or equipment, and other site-specific considerations. This ensures that every contract is fair, practical, and reflects the level of service required to maintain a clean and safe environment.

ORGANIZING SERVICE PRICING

Basic Organizing

Perfect for closets, small rooms, pantries, and touch-up organization.

  • 1 Organizer — $40/hour

  • 2 Organizers — $70/hour

  • 2-hour minimum booking

Deep Decluttering & Full Room Organization

  • Ideal for heavily cluttered rooms, offices, storage spaces, and full-room resets.

  • Starting at $150–$300 per project depending on size and condition

Add-On Organizing with Cleaning Services

  • Combine organizing with a scheduled cleaning appointment and save.

  • Add organizing to any cleaning visit starting at $35/hour

Organizing Products

Storage bins, baskets, drawer dividers, hooks, labels, and containers are billed separately after client approval. We focus on affordable solutions and often source products from budget-friendly stores to keep costs reasonable.

We are not a luxury organizing company charging hundreds per hour. Our goal is to provide realistic, affordable organization solutions for busy households that want their spaces to function better without breaking the budget.
